Order Cancellations
Bedding & Toppers
Customers who wish to cancel an order must do so within three days of placing the order and before the goods have been dispatched.
As our products are made to order, once production has begun, a full refund is no longer available. However, depending on the stage of manufacture, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Mattresses
If you decide to cancel your mattress order, please contact us within three days of purchase and before any dimensions are confirmed.
Once sizes are confirmed, the mattress enters production. At this stage, a full refund is not possible. A partial refund may be available if manufacturing has commenced but not yet completed.
If the mattress has been fully produced and is ready for dispatch, refunds are no longer available, although in exceptional cases a partial refund may be considered.
Returns Policy
Bedding
If there is an issue with your bedding upon delivery, please contact us promptly. As all items are made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases where the item is faulty due to a manufacturing error or incorrect sizing.
To assist in resolving your issue, we may request photographs of the item.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any sizing or manufacturing issues. Beyond this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Mattress Toppers
If your mattress topper does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, refunds are only issued where there is a fault caused by manufacturing or a sizing error. Photographic evidence may be required to support your claim.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to raise any concerns relating to sizing or manufacturing. After this time, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
Mattresses
Custom-made mattresses are only eligible for return if they are found to be faulty due to an issue in the manufacturing process. Issues related to general wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect sizing are not covered.
Where a return is approved, a £50 collection fee will apply.
